Stuffed zucchini with tuna and feta
Zucchini from the oven filled with shallots, apple, celery, tuna, hummus, feta and dill.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Meanwhile, halve the courgettes in the length and hollow out with a spoon. Slice the comminuted pulp fine. Place the courgettes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Chop the shallot and finely chop the dill. Cut the apple into cubes of ½ cm (brunoise) and the celery in thin bows.

Drain the tuna and mix with the zucchini flesh, the shallot, dill, apple and celery. Season with pepper and salt.

Fill the courgettes with the hummus and the tuna mixture. Crumble the feta about it. Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven. Place the slices of bread next to the courgettes on the baking sheet for the last 5 minutes.
