A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, table potatoes (800 g), vine tomatoes (500 g), black olives (no seeds (240 g)), sugar snaps (200 g), olive oil, smoked salmon pieces (200 g), cream fraiche and dried mint leaves.

Directions

  1. Prepare potatoes according to directions on packaging.
  2. Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into cubes and halve olives.
  3. Collect sugar snaps and prepare according to instructions on packaging.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  5. Add salmon pieces and olives briefly and add tomato cubes.
  6. Add creme fraiche and mint leaves and simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Season with freshly ground pepper.
