Scalloped tortillas with mexican minced meat


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions, sunflower oil, half-to-half minced meat (about 300 g), cajun spices (a 30 g), Mexican stir-fry vegetables (400 g), cheese, tomato ketchup and wrapt tortillas ( 280 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and mince with herbs.
  4. Add onions and stir-fry mix onions.
  5. Grate cheese.
  6. Season the vegetable-ground mixture with ketchup, salt and pepper.
  7. Put tortillas one by one on baking sheet, divide the filling over them, dice double with cheese.
  8. Place 3 minutes under grill, until cheese is golden brown.
  9. Delicious with cucumber salad, kidney beans and garlic sauce..
