Sukad meat with eggplant
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, oil, supreme beef (in coarse pieces), onions (coarsely chopped), eggplants (diced), garlic (chopped), mushrooms (clean-wiped), sharp mustard, crème fraîche and coriander (finely chopped ).
