Let the gelatine leaves in cold water for a few minutes until they are completely soft.

Mix the curd cheese with the sugar.

Squeeze the gelatine and dissolve in a bowl of boiling water.

Stir the gelatin through the curd cheese.

Mix ⅓ of the curd cheese with the cruesli and spread over the bottom of a small spring form.

Mix the rest of the cottage cheese with the frozen fruits.

Spread over the cruesli, smooth it and leave in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.

Take a knife along the edge between the curd mixture and spring form. Remove the spring ring and cut the cake into points.
