Ingredients

1 cup whipped cream 125 ml
2 tl sugar
4 kiwis

125 g strawberries
4 free range eggs pack 10 pieces

Directions

Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff.
Peel the kiwis and cut into slices.
Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut into slices.
Coat the flat side of the egg cakes with whipped cream.
Put the kiwis on and off, roof tiles on the egg cakes.
Cover the middle part of the egg cakes with strawberries..
