Super-smooth spaghetti carbonara
Super-spicy spaghetti carbonara with lean bacon strips and Grana Padano.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, beat the whipped cream with the eggs together with salt and pepper.

Grate the cheese.

Slice the parsley.

Fry the bacon strips in a frying pan without oil or butter in 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Slice the garlic.
-
Fry the garlic for the last 30 seconds. with the bacon. Remove everything from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Drain the spaghetti and collect a cup of cooking liquid.

Put the spaghetti in the pan and add the cream mixture. Stir until the egg slightly coagulates.

Mix in the cheese, the bacon and the garlic. Optionally add a dash of cooking liquid. Sprinkle with the parsley and black pepper.
