Surf and turf with lemon mayonnaise
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: steaks, saltwater prawns ((bag 500 g, frozen), thawed), garlic (chopped), olive oil, mayonnaise (with lemon (a 350 ml)), flat parsley ((20 g), leaves chopped ) and arugula (spicy (40 g)).

Cut the steaks into 30 equal pieces. Baste 3 pieces of steak and 3 prawns to the 10 pricks. Put the garlic and oil in a bowl, place the pickles in it and marinate for 1 hour covered.

Put the mayonnaise in a bowl. Keep some parsley for garnish, mix the rest with the mayonnaise. Cover and set aside separately.

Divide the arugula over the 10 glasses. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter. Sprinkle the skewers with salt and grill them for 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Place 1 skewer on each glass, serve with the lemon mayonnaise and garnish with the retained parsley.
