Swedish balls in mustard dill sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, Swedish (meatballs (12 pieces)), chestnut mushrooms (halved), white wine, dill (finely chopped), coarse French mustard, sugar and whipped cream (23% fat).

Heat the butter in the frying pan. Fry the meatballs over a medium heat brown. Shake the pan regularly.

Add the chestnut mushrooms and fry the dish over medium heat for 5 minutes. Change everything regularly. Stir in the wine and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Stir the mustard, sugar, dill and cream into the dish and let everything warm up on medium heat. Season the dish spicyly with salt and pepper. Delicious with potato rosti, haricots verts and cranberry compote.
