Sweet-and-sour stir-fry noodles
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sugar snaps, sunflower oil, tofu peppers seasoned (a 180 g), sweet soy sauce, red peppers (in pieces), wok sauce sweet and sour (a 175 ml), pineapple pieces ((227 g), drained) , wok noodles (ready-to-eat and 300 g).

Cook the sugar snaps 1 min. Drain and drain.

Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the tofu with the soy sauce marinadanis 2 min. Add the sugar snaps and paprika and fry while stirring for 4 min. Scoop the wok sauce and pineapple through and warm for 1 min. Add the noodles and heat through and through. Tasty with cassava crackers.
