Sweet chicken and snow peas from the wok


Asian dish with chicken, garlic, onion, snow peas, soy sauce and Chinese cabbage.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Slice the onion in rings and the garlic. Clean the snow peas.
  3. Cut the coals into strips.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken in 3 minutes brown. Add the garlic and cook for another 1 min.
  6. Remove the chicken from the woks and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  7. Fry the onion 1 min. In the remaining shortening in the wok.
  8. Add the snow peas, soy sauce and sugar and stir fry for 4 minutes until the pea beans are al dente.
  9. Put the chicken and cabbage strips through and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  10. Divide the sweet chicken over the plates. Serve with the rice.
