Sweet potato fries with blue-cheesedip
French fries of sweet potatoes with a dip of blue cheese and sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them lengthwise into thick fries. Divide them over a griddle covered with parchment paper.

Slice the garlic. Mix the oil and garlic in a bowl and drizzle the fries.

Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sesame seeds and salt and bake in the oven in approx. 45 min. Until golden brown and done. Turn after 25 minutes and sprinkle with the rest of the sesame seed.

Meanwhile, put the sour cream and buttermilk in the container of the hand blender. Crumble the cheese and puree for a short time. Season with pepper.

Serve the chips with the dip. Yummy! .
