Peel the potato and cut into cubes.

Put the cubes with the broth and put the lid on the pan. Boil the sweet potato in 10 minutes. Drain, but collect the stock.

Purée the potato with the goat's cheese and nuts with the hand blender and make the puree a bit more creamy with some stock.
