Sweet-sour filet steaks with bok choy


Asian sweet sour filet steaks with stir-fry rice and bok choy.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add the rice and scoop. Add water and bring to the boil.
  2. Let the rice cook over medium heat for 4 minutes until all the water has been absorbed.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet. Sprinkle the filet patties with pepper and salt and bake them in 2 minutes brown.
  4. Pour the stir-fry sauce and heat on low heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Chop the onion coarsely and cut the bok choy into strips. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the paksoi and cook in 1 min. Crunchy.
  6. Divide the rice over deep plates. Spoon the fillet steaks with sweet and sour sauce. Serve with the bok choy.
