Sweet soy-bean dish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese egg noodles (250 g), cucumber, filet steaks (a la minute (300 g)), wok oil (bottle 500 ml), onions (in half rings), garlic (finely chopped), wok sauce ( sweet soy (a 175 ml)) and bean sprouts (125 g).

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, halve the cucumber in the length and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber halves into thin slices. Cut the fillet strips into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and the meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the wok sauce and add the bean sprouts and cucumber. Stir fry for another 3 minutes. Spoon the noodles into 4 bowls and spread the wok mixture over them. Tasty with some salted peanuts about it.
