Pangasius skewer with nut rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, nut rice (275 g), olive oil, dried oregano, chilli (mill), pangasius fillet and cherry tomatoes (250 g).

Light the barbecue. Cook the nut rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, mix the oil, oregano, chilli pepper and 1 tsp salt. Halve the fish fillets in the length and marinate them for 10 minutes in the herb oil.

Thread the half fish fillets zigzagging on a skewer and baste a tomato in each 'bend', so that the fish will wrap around the tomatoes. Grill the fish on the barbecue for about 8 minutes. Times regularly. Serve with the nut rice. Delicious with a spinach salad.
