Finely chop the garlic. Cut the onions. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips. Crumble the feta.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mince in a stirring flask. Put garlic, onion and herbs through and bake for another 2 minutes. Spoon the tomato pieces and let the minced meat gently simmer for 25-30 minutes and evaporate so much moisture that it becomes a thick minced meat sauce.

In the meantime, heat the taco shells according to the instructions in the oven. Halve the avocados, remove the kernel and pull off the peel. Cut the halves into cubes. Fill the taco shells with the minced meat sauce and divide strips of lettuce, diced avocado and some feta. Serve on a plate.
