Tagine of broad beans and tomatoes with chicken
Tajine of chicken drumsticks, onion, tomatoes, cumin and broad beans.

Sprinkle the chicken with ginger powder, pepper and salt. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken drumsticks around brown. Cut the onion into rings, finely chop the garlic and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Fry the onion and garlic for 1 minute.

Add the pieces of tomato, cumin, cinnamon and water and bring everything to the boil. Put the lid on the pan and fry the chicken for 20 minutes.

Add the broad beans and salt and pepper to taste and fry the dish for another 10 minutes. Tasty with couscous or rice.
