Tagliatelle with butter and sheep cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle (pasta), pecorino (sheep cheese, delicatessen department), butter and freshly ground black pepper.

Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Grate the pecorino on a coarse grater (or in the food processor).

Drain the tagliatelle and put the pan back on a low heat.

Add the butter and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.

Let the cheese and butter melt while you keep stirring.

Spoon the pasta into four deep plates, turn generously black pepper on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
