Tagliatelle with creamy shrimp sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, courgettes, tagliatelle (pasta), fresh cream cheese (250 g), pink shrimps (à 125 g), fresh chives (25 g), salt and pepper and vinaigrette (salad dressing).

Wash the courgettes, clean and slice into slices with cheese slicer.

Zizzle slices for about 2 minutes, rinse under cold water and drain.

Cook Tagliatelle according to instructions.

Heat in a saucepan of cream cheese until it is liquid.

Roll the shrimps through cream cheese.

Grind chives.
-
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Melt the zucchini with dressing.
-
Fry the sauce with tagliatelle and sprinkle with chives.

Serve with zucchini salad..
