Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips for 4 min. On medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the bottom of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half.

Remove the hard core and cut the praise lengthwise into thin strips. Add the chicory and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Meanwhile, bring a pan with the milk and the base for cream sauce to a boil with a whisk.

Turn down the heat, add the gorgonzola and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir frequently.

In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Drain and spoon in the chicory with the bacon. Mix in the sauce and finally the watercress.
