Cook the tagliatelle in a pan with plenty of water and salt in 10-12 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion and finely chopped garlic cloves.

Cut the mushrooms into quarters.

Spoon the mushrooms and thyme through and fry the brown on a higher heat.
