Tagliatelle with mushroom cream sauce

Cook the tagliatelle in a pan with plenty of water and salt in 10-12 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion and finely chopped garlic cloves.

Cut the mushrooms into quarters.

Spoon the mushrooms and thyme through and fry the brown on a higher heat.

Sprinkle the lemon juice over it and bake until the moisture has evaporated.

Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper and pour in the whipped cream.

Let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes until it becomes a smooth sauce.

Drain the tagliatelle and scoop the pasta into deep plates.

Spoon the mushroom cream sauce over it.

Sprinkle the chopped ham over it and place in the middle a small pile of the sliced Parmesan cheese.
