Tagliatelle with roasted peppers and gorgonzola sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle (pasta), olive oil, zucchini (in slices), roasted peppers (465 g), thyme and gorgonzola (or gormas (gorgonzola with mascarpone)).

Cook tagliatelle al dente.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry zucchini in 3-4 minutes.

Cut peppers and cut into broad strips.

Zucchini on warm plate and sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
