Tagliatelle with salmon and asparagus

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Let the salmon thaw.

Peel the asparagus all around with a peeler from just below the cup and remove the woody bottom.

Bring water to a boil in a pan, add the asparagus and the green beans.

Cut the salmon into pieces. Put a layer of kitchen paper in a large sieve, lay the salmon in it and hang the sieve above the vegetables in the pan.

Place the lid on the pan. Boil the vegetables in 10 min. Just done, the salmon steams also cooked.

Prepare the asparagus sauce according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the vegetables, mix in the salmon pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the tagliatelle over the plates, spoon the vegetables and the salmon pieces on top and spoon the asparagus sauce over it.
