Tagliatelle with spinach and garlic croutons
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tagliatelle uovo (pasta, 250 g), olive oil, onion (finely chopped), spinach (a 300 g), ham cubes (250 g), cooking cream (250 ml), white-cheese bread (without crust) ) and garlic (pressed).

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 1 min. Add a handful of spinach and let this vegetable sink down. Repeat until all spinach has shrunk and the moisture evaporates.

Add the ham and the cream and heat for 3-4 minutes on low heat. Cut the bread into small cubes. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the bread until golden brown and crispy. Add the garlic and pepper and salt to taste and cook for 1 more minute.

Spoon the tagliatelle through the spinach. Season with salt and pepper and spread over 4 deep plates. Divide the garlic croutons over it.
