Tagliolini with sprouts and smoked duck
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sprouts (cleaned), olive oil, shallots (in rings), fresh tagliolini (pasta), smoked duck breast (2 packages) and mascarpone.

Halve the sprouts. Heat the oil in a large snack or small frying pan. Fry the shallots in the oil for 2 minutes. Add the sprouts and gently fry them for 1 min. Sprinkle some salt over the sprouts, pour 2 tbsp water into the pan and simmer the sprouts with the lid on the pan in approx. 8 min.

Meanwhile, cook the tagliolini according to the instructions on the packaging. Remove the slices of duck breast from each other.

Spoon a few tablespoons of the cooking liquid with the sprouts. Drain the tagliolini and put the pasta back in the pan. Put the sprouts mixture and the slices of duck through. Season to taste with pepper and warm the pasta for a while. Divide the dish over 4 warm plates and spoon a large spoonful of mascarpone on each plate.
