Tartare with rice and fried vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, brown rice (pack 400 g), smoked bacon cubes (duo pack), olive oil, red onion (in rings), chicory (in strips), haricots verts ((340 g), drained) and beef tarts ( 2 scales a 2 pieces).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Drain and leave with the lid on the pan.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and bake the bacon cubes in 8 min.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in another frying pan and fry the onion for 4 min.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a third frying pan and fry the chicory for 2 min.

Add the haricots verts and the bacon cubes.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the tarttails according to the instructions on the package.

Sprinkle the tarttails with pepper and salt during baking.

Put 1 tartar on each plate and divide the fried onion.

Serve with the rice and vegetables with bacon..
