Watermelon salad with tuna and feta
Salad of cucumber, red onion, red wine vinegar, tuna, feta, basil, watermelon, olives and ciabattina.

Halve the cucumber in the length and cut into slices.

Cut the onion into half rings. Put the cucumber and onion with the vinegar in a bowl and let alone until use.

Drain the tuna, but collect half a tablespoon of oil per person.

Cut the feta into cubes and tear the leaves of the basil coarsely. Halve the watermelon pieces.

Spoon the cucumber, onion, vinegar, tuna, collected oil, feta, basil, watermelon and olives carefully.

Season with pepper and salt. Cut the ciabattina's into slices and serve.
