Tartare with stir-fried celery
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes (in pieces), tartar, curry ketchup, olive oil, celery (in 3 cm pieces), curry powder, dried thyme and red onion (in thin segments).

Potatoes boil for about 10 minutes.

Spread the tartare with curry ketchup and brown in 1 tbsp oil in 3-4 min.

Per side brown and rosé or just cooked.

In wok rest heat oil and celery with curry powder and thyme 2 min stir-fry.

Create onion and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Pour water and add some salt.

Celery in a simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Place the tartar on a plate.

Pour water into baking fat and bring it to the boil while stirring.

Fry a tartlet with celery and boiled potatoes on the plate.

Create gravy over potatoes..
