Directions

  4. Beat the crème fraîche with the rest of the egg, 25 grams of sugar and the vanilla sugar well and pour over the fruit.
  5. Fry the tarts in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  6. Let them cool and pack them in freezer bags for 3 to freeze them.
