Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Dust the muffin mold with flour.

Cut the dough into 6 equal parts, push them into a slice and press them into the muffin molds.

Sprinkle the fruit with the lemon juice and spread it over the dough holes.

Beat the crème fraîche with the rest of the egg, 25 grams of sugar and the vanilla sugar well and pour over the fruit.

Fry the tarts in the oven for about 25 minutes.
