Tasty tom-tomatoes with shrimps and tarragon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, Dutch shrimp, crème fraîche, driededragon, apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar) and Tasty Tomtrostomaten.

Mix the shrimps with the crème fraîche, the tarragon, 1 tbsp vinegar and some pepper.

Leave to stand for a moment.

Cut the tomatoes right next to the middle so that the twig stays on (see photo).

Hollow them out with a spoon.

Sprinkle the inside of the tomatoes with salt and pepper and drizzle in the rest of the vinegar.

Fill the tomatoes with the shrimp mixture and put them on a plate.

Tasty with slices of baguette or toast..
