Directions

  5. Put this in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Allow the meat to reach room temperature for one hour and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Let the butter brown in a heavy frying pan over medium heat, then fry the steaks.
  8. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes under aluminum foil.
  9. Remove the shortening.
  10. Extinguish the pan with the moisture from the oven dish of the mushrooms.
  11. Add the cream and soy sauce.
  12. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes on high heat until sauce thickness.
  13. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  14. Put the meat for 10 minutes in the already cooled oven (approx. 80 to 100 ° C).
