Directions

  1. Grate the ginger.

  3. Cut the salmon fillet into equal pieces of 2 by 4 cm and mix gently with the marinade.
  4. Put covered in a cool place for 15 to 60 minutes.
  5. Heat a frying pan over high heat and then lower the heat a little.
  6. Fry the salmon back and forth in the oil, turn them once.
  7. Sprinkle with a little salt.
