Teriyaki spear


A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, king prawns ((500 g frozen), thawed), wok sauce (teriyaki (a 200 ml)), pandan rice (pack 400 g), Chinese cabbage, sunflower oil, garlic (chopped) and peanuts (unsalted) (bag of 250 g)).

Directions

  1. Peel the shrimps and remove the intestinal tract. Mix them in a bowl with half of the sauce. Thread the prawns on the skewers.
  2. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the coals into strips.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Add the garlic and cabbages. Stir fry 4 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the skewers for 3 minutes on a high heat. Turn halfway and add the rest of the sauce. Spoon the rice into 4 bowls or cups and turn to 4 plates for a nice timbaaltje. Put the skewers and coals there. Sprinkle the coals with the peanuts.
