Thai Fishcookies


A nice thai recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, coalfish fillet ((400 g, frozen), thawed), chicken breast (about 150 g), egg, cornstarch, boemboe red curry (100 g), lime, cucumber, red onion (chopped) , sweet chili sauce and sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. Cut the fish and chicken into pieces and put in the food processor. Add the egg, the cornstarch and Bumbu spice. Grate the green skin of the lime above it, keep the lime. Puree 1 min. With balls of hands, form balls the size of a golf ball and press them flat. Let stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out the lime. Cut the cucumber into very small cubes and mix with the onion and chili sauce. Season with lime juice.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish cakes for approx. 6-8 min. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with the dip.
