Knead the mince with the onion, garlic, ginger, curry paste, coriander, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Roll balls with the size of a walnut of this mixture with moist hands.

Heat the oil in a frying pan at medium height and fry the meatballs in about 5 minutes around cooked and golden brown. Sprinkle with the spring onions and fry for half a minute.

Serve with prikkertjes and chili sauce for dipping.
