Thai wok soup with chicken and bok choy


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, red onion, red pepper, bok choy, stir fry oil, grilled chicken fillet (meat products), fresh Thai chicken soup (400 ml), Chinese noodles (pack a 250 g) and fresh coriander (a 15 g).

Directions

  1. Peel onion and cut into half rings.
  2. Clean pepper and cut into rings.
  3. Wash paksoi and cut into broad strips.
  4. Heat in wok oil and gently fry onion and pepper for about 2 minutes.
  5. Gathering the packs and allowing them to shrink when they are shoving.
  6. Meanwhile, cut chicken fillet into strips.
  7. Add 1 1/2 dl of water, chicken and noodles to pako mix.
  8. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx.
  9. 5 minutes.
  10. Chop coriander finely.

  12. Sprinkle coriander over it..
