Thai wraps with shrimps, noodles and sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Mix the onion, ginger, soy, chili sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Add the prawns and leave to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a frying pan on a high stand and fry the shrimp for about 2 minutes.
  5. Then add the marinade and warm for 1/2 minute.
  6. Remove 4 lettuce leaves, cut off the white bottom part, wash and dry them.
  7. Divide the noodles over the lettuce, add pepper strips, pour some marinade and put the shrimps on them.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander and roll up like a wrap.
