Boil the potatoes in a pan of water until done in 15 minutes.

Chop an onion, cut the peppers into cubes and cut the mushrooms into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat.

Add the onion, peppers and slices of mushrooms and fry briefly.

Drain the potatoes and make a puree with the milk or the stock and scoop the finely chopped endive through it.

Stir in the minced meat mixture and season the stew with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Warm up equally well. Serve the gravy if necessary.
