Ingredients
Directions
-
Put the flour with a pinch of salt, the egg and half of the milk in a bowl and mix with the whisk or with the mixer until smooth. Mix the remaining milk and the raisins and let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
-
Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan with a thick bottom and a non-stick coating.
-
Spoon 3 teaspoons of batter into the pan with enough space and let the pancakes bake at medium height for about 3 minutes until the bottom is colored and the top is dry.
-
Turn over with a palette knife or spatula and let the bottom bake until golden brown in about 1 minute.
-
Let the pancakes slide from the pan onto a plate and fry the remaining pancakes in the same way.
-
Keep them warm on a pan with hot water or in a preheated oven at 100 ° C. Or warm them up in the microwave.
-
Put sugar (plain sugar, brown caster sugar or powdered sugar), syrup, honey and jam on the table.
