Tian of Mediterranean vegetables
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: garlic, red onion, yellow pepper, eggplant, zucchini, salt and pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and thyme.

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.

Garlic peel and halve.

Peel onion and cut into 8 parts.

Sweet pepper, clean and cut into 12 pieces.

Wash aubergine, halve and slice.

Wash and slice the courgette.

Arrange vegetables in baking dish.
-
Distribute garlic.
-
Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and pepper, oil and lemon juice over them.

Place the baking dish on the grate in the middle of the oven.

Let vegetables bake for about 45 minutes, occasionally shovel.

Take out the oven.

Sprinkle thyme leaves from twigs and mix with vegetables..
