Tilapia paniki with fried rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), tilapia fillet ((bag 750 g frozen), thawed), boemboe for ajam paniki (100 g), oil, onions (in parts), Chinese cabbage (( approx. 500 g), in strips), red pepper (in strips) and bean sprouts (125 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the tilapia fillet into 4 cm pieces.

In a (non-stick) pan, mix the Bumbu spice ajam paniki with water according to the instructions on the packaging and bring it to the boil while stirring.

Place the pieces of tilapia in them and simmer them for approx.

5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion, the cabbage and the bell pepper for 5 minutes.

Spoon the rice and stir-fry the rice until golden brown.

Spoon the bean sprouts with the tilapia paniki.

Serve the tilapia with the fried rice..
