A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, yellow rice (325 g), peas (extra fine (frozen, 450 g)), fresh mint (15 g), spring onions (3 pieces), sunflower oil, bean sprouts (125 g), tilapia (in curry sauce (fish and a 200 g)).

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to directions on packaging.
  2. Peas in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and put back in a pan.
  4. Meanwhile draw leaves of mint branches.
  5. Keep small apart and cut large into very narrow strips.
  6. Keep separate.
  7. Cut the spring onions, also the green, diagonally into small rings.
  8. Heat oil in frying pan.
  9. In this half fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  10. Half of the beans and mint strips for 1 min.
  11. Add to peas.
  12. Mix Tilapia into pieces and season with peas and heat 2 min.
  13. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Stir in the remaining bean sprouts, spring onions and mint leaves.
  15. Divide rice into 4 plates.
  16. Prepare Tilapia with threshing peas and sprinkle with bean sprouts..
