Tilapia with vegetables from the wok
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Chinese egg noodles (250 g), tilapia fillet (fish, a ca. 200 g), stir-fry oil (bottle of 250 ml), coarsely chopped wok vegetables (400 g), sweet chilli sauce, bean sprouts (175 g) , salted peanuts and atjar tjampur (a ca. 350 g).

Prepare Mie according to instructions.

Cut fish into cubes.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in woks and stir-fry 3 minutes.

Remove from wok and keep warm.

Rest of oil heating and stir-fry vegetables for 4 min.

Add chilli sauce, bean sprouts, fish and peanuts and heat them through and through.

Season the fish dish with salt and pepper.

Serve with mie and atjar..
