A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken liver, shallot, capers, olive oil, dry white wine, salt, pepper, white bread and chives.

Directions

  1. Clean chicken short cuts and cut them small.
  2. Cut the shalot and finely chop.
  3. Chop coarsely.
  4. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fry shallot.
  5. Add deliveries and bake for approx.
  6. 3 minutes.
  7. Add wine and gently boil until wine has evaporated.
  8. Mix capers through supplies.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
