Cut the tofu into triangles and marinate in the soy sauce for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds on a plate.

Also prepare 2 plates with the flour and the egg. Roll the tofu first through the flour, then through the egg and then pass through the bread crumbs.
