Directions

  1. Cut the tofu into triangles and marinate in the soy sauce for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds on a plate.
  2. Also prepare 2 plates with the flour and the egg. Roll the tofu first through the flour, then through the egg and then pass through the bread crumbs.
  3. Repeat the egg and bread crumble again. Heat the oil and fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
