Tomato Salsa
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: tomatoes, red onion, fresh parsley (flat (a 15 g), very finely cut) and oil.

Cut 6 tomatoes into small cubes, and 1 red onion and 1/2 bowl of flat parsley.

Spoon the tomato, onion and parsley in a bowl.

Stir in 2 tbsp oil.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Nice with grilled meat..
