Baked rice with pineapple
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: pandan rice, pineapple, shallot, oil, stir-fry vegetable mix, curry powder (spicy), soy sauce, dark brown caster sugar and coriander.

Rice according to the instructions for cooking. Spread the rice on a baking sheet or sheet of baking paper and let it cool down. Meanwhile cut pineapple in half by cutting from top to bottom. Carefully cut the flesh with sharp knife from pineapple halves, remove the hard core, cut the remaining flesh into cubes. Chop and shred scallop.

Heat in wok oil. Cut the shall and stir-fry vegetables for about 3 minutes. Spread the curry powder over it. Add soy sauce in wokkenschenken, blocks of pineapple and sugar, shake everything well. Mix the rice and heat it on half-high heat. Heat up the cane halves in microwave at full power for 2 to 3 minutes and set to scale. Fill pineapple halves with fried rice. Cut coriander over rice finely.
