A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onions (chopped), bacon strips (250 g), dried rosemary and peeled tomatoes (a 400 g).
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions over medium heat for 4 minutes. Raise the heat and bake the bacon strips for another 3 minutes. Add the rosemary and the tomatoes. Press them with a spoon and pour 200 ml of water into the pan. Bring to the boil and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper. You can prepare this sauce 1 day in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
