Tomato-minced meat sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onions (chopped), celery (in thin slices), garlic (finely chopped), chopped half-to-half and tomato cubes (a 400 g).

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions and the celery for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and fruit for another 1 min. Raise the heat and add the mince. Bake this in 4 min. Free and brown.

Add the tomato cubes and pour 200 ml of water. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper. You can prepare this sauce 1 day in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
