A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onions (chopped), celery (in thin slices), garlic (finely chopped), chopped half-to-half and tomato cubes (a 400 g).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions and the celery for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and fruit for another 1 min. Raise the heat and add the mince. Bake this in 4 min. Free and brown.
  2. Add the tomato cubes and pour 200 ml of water. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper. You can prepare this sauce 1 day in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
